Terminal to Terminal or Door to Door?
You’ll also need to decide how your vehicle will be picked up/dropped off by the transport company. We offer two options: Terminal to Terminal transport and Door to Door transport.
Terminal to Terminal Transport
This option requires that the owner of the vehicle transports the vehicle to a predetermined terminal, where it will then be loaded onto an auto hauler truck and transported to a terminal near the end destination. The owner will pick up their vehicle at the terminal. This is the most affordable delivery method but does require some additional work on your behalf (dropping the car off at a specific time, picking it up from the end destination).
Door to Door Transport
Door to door transport is the highest level of service we offer. It’s unbeatable in terms of convenience. If you select this option, your vehicle will be picked up from a location of your choosing (i.e., your home). It will then be delivered to a destination of your choosing (i.e., your new home in St Augustine). You’ll pay slightly more for this service, but if you’re looking for the most convenient way to transport your car, then this is it.
Preparing Your Vehicle For Transportation
Once you’ve paid the deposit, the final stage of the process will be to prepare your car for transportation. This includes cleaning the interior/exterior, removing any personal belongings, disabling the car alarm system, and making a note of any scratches, dents, or other blemishes.
Once you’ve done that, your car will be ready to go. If you’ve selected Terminal to Terminal delivery, you’ll need to take your vehicle to the agreed terminal at the agreed time. If you’ve selected Door to Door delivery, you’ll just have to sit back and wait for us to collect your vehicle.
